In this role, you have the opportunity to
Review and manage the equipment and tooling in production line
Properly define preventive & predictive maintenance plan, calibration plan, back-up plan
Sorting equipment profiles and vendors
Setup test environment
Train operators on site
Make continuous improvement on mechanical & electrical safety and production efficiency
You are responsible for
Equipment life cycle management (including localization, setup, acceptance, sustaining maintenance, trouble shooting and upgrade, etc.) that comply with QMS
Continuous improvement for production with engineering level
Equipment CAPEX management, data collection & analysis
Drive standardization, automation, visualization, moduliza...
