Advanced CNC Programmer (5-Axis, Oil & Gas)

We are looking for an experienced Mastercam 5-Axis CNC Programmer with strong expertise in Oil & Gas component machining. The candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and proving out CNC programs for critical, pressure-containing components such as valve bodies, manifolds, flanges, spools, and fittings. This role demands high precision, safety compliance, and process reliability.

• Develop and optimize 5-axis CNC milling programs using Mastercam
• Machine complex Oil & Gas components including valve bodies, bonnets, manifolds, blocks, and fittings
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and 3D CAD models
• Work with materials such as Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, Inconel, and Monel
• Perform toolpath simulation, collision checks, and program prove-out
• Optimize cycle time, surface finish, and tool life
