Position Overview
Provides accessible, responsive, integrated, safe and effective patient care. Collaborates with key stakeholders including health care providers, allied emergency services agencies and other community agencies to ensure safe, effective and appropriate patient care that will shape an environment for clinical and service excellence. 3 years of full time or equivalent experience providing pre-hospital care at the primary care paramedic level (minimum) is required. A combination of related experience is preferred, including: Working with individuals from diverse cultural, social and ethnic backgrounds, such as supporting Indigenous (First Nations, Metis and/or Inuit) peoples. Working in patient relations and/or in a customer service capacity. Use of Shared Health ERS and Digital Health technology, software applications, and equipment. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
