Mid-level Java EE / Jakarta EE Developer

Key Responsiblities:

• Design, code, configure, test, debug, deploy, and maintain web service applications
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following coding standards
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and validate alignment with architecture
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and implement software enhancements

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field (undergraduates welcome)
• 3+ years of experience in Java EE/Jakarta EE development
• Strong debugging, optimization, and communication skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, UML diagrams, design patterns, IDEs (Eclipse/IntelliJ), and version control tools (Git, JIRA, Confluence)
• Proven experience mentoring or leading junior developers
