About the Role

Responsible for technical planning, procurement, installation, and commissioning of engine assembly production processes, equipment, and related test systems, ensuring quality and compliance with BMW standards. Lead process improvements, risk assessments, and coordination with internal and external partners to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.


What awaits you?

  • Lead technical planning, procurement, installation, and commissioning of engine assembly production processes, equipment, and related test systems (e.g., Hot Test).

  • Evaluate new component production, equipment, and processes, serving as the screwing technology specialist for the plant.

  • Implement quality assurance, documentation, and create bilingual work instructions (Thai/English) while ensuring compliance with BMW methods, standards, and local regulations.
