Job Title: Adult Safeguarding Lawyer
Salary: £53,460 – £61,638 per annum
Grade: G
Contract Type: Permanent 
Working Hours: 37 hours per week 
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Adult Safeguarding Lawyer to join our friendly and supportive legal Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in protecting vulnerable adults and ensuring their rights and welfare are upheld. As part of our Legal Team, you will provide specialist legal advice and representation on a range of adult safeguarding matters, working closely with social care teams, partner agencies and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Advising on adult safeguarding matters, including applications under the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Care Act 2014.
Representing the local authority in the Court of Protection and other relevant tribunals.
