Adobe Experience Manager (Aem) Developer

At Winning Consulting we are currently looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to join a high-impact digital transformation project for a global client in the retail & consumer goods industry.

Remote or hybrid in Spain

• Develop and maintain components, templates, and workflows within AEM
• Collaborate with UX and backend teams to create seamless customer experiences
• Support content publishing workflows and performance optimization
• Ensure integration with other Adobe products when applicable

• +3-5 years of hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (Sites preferred)
• Proficiency in HTML/Sightly, Java, OSGi, Sling models
• Experience with headless CMS integrations is a strong plus
• Familiarity with Agile environments and remote collaboration
• Adobe certifications are a plus
