This role will be responsible for driving customer journey discovery, designing scalable customer data architectures, and leading the implementation of Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform solutions.
The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating customer experience objectives into scalable, privacy-compliant customer data solutions. This role requires deep expertise in customer data platforms, identity resolution, customer journey design, and enterprise-scale customer profile management.
