Core Responsibilities
- Implement AEP data pipelines : Sources, datasets, XDM schemas, identity namespaces, and profile stitching.
- Configure AEP RT-CDP : Segments, audiences, destinations (e.g., email/SMS, ad platforms), consent & governance controls.
- Build AJO journeys & campaigns : Triggers, eligibility rules, orchestration logic, templates, personalization, experimentation.
- Integrate event sources (Streaming, batch), Edge implementations, and decisioning .
- Establish monitoring & QA : Data quality checks, segment population, journey performance, deliverability, error handling.
- Collaborate with QA, Analytics, and Marketing Ops; document solutions & runbooks; provide L3 support.
