Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Admissions Strategies: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement admissions strategies that align with the school’s mission, vision, and goals.
- Marketing & Outreach: Design and implement marketing campaigns to attract prospective students, including hosting open houses, school tours, information sessions, and other events.
- Managing Applications: Oversee the process of receiving, reviewing, and processing student applications, ensuring that all documentation is complete and timely.
- Student Interviews & Tours: Conduct interviews with prospective students and their families, as well as lead school tours to provide insight into the school’s culture, values, and academic programs.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of applicants, admissions statistics, and conversion rates. Provide regular reports to senior leadership on enrollment trends and projections.
