About the Role
+ Serve as Manila Site Leader and Business Partner / Ambassador, ensuring compliance with business licenses, certifications, and local regulations.
+ Work with the Regional Leader to develop, integrate, coordinate and implement operational plans, strategies, policies, practices, and procedures to facilitate UL Solutions’ presence and growth in Philippines.
+ Partner with local and senior leadership to drive strategic site initiatives, foster collaboration, and maintain a positive company culture. Lead and develop site teams, managing resources, costs, and performance to achieve business objectives. Play an active role in implementing UL values across all COUs/Functions at site.
