Responsibilities
- Handle daily scheduling of crews
- Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers
- Perform administrative duties including answering phones, helping customers, maintaining file system, mail distribution, etc.
- Manage shipment tracking, billing, and collections
- Process moving paperwork
