Job Scope
- General office administration
- Prepare invoices, quotations & purchase orders
- Maintain project documents and filing
- Liaise with suppliers and clients
- Assist with basic accounts data entry
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum O Level / Diploma
- 1–2 years admin experience (construction preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Responsible and organized
