About the Role
The Bilingual Documentation Administrator is responsible for initiating and completing renewal and mortgage discharge processes for First National and 3rd Party Servicers.

Salary: $42,471 - $57,780
Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Location: Toronto, ON
Responsibilities
- Initiate and complete renewal and mortgage discharge processes for First National and third‑party servicers.
- Accurately input renewal details on Optimus.
- Check and correct errors on directory and weekly reports.
- Prepare conversion agreements for adjustable mortgages.
- Generate and mail confirmation letters to clients.
- Audit renewals/conversions to ensure accurate terms.
- Maintain investor spreadsheets for renewal allocations and reporting commitments.
- Maintain current interest rate sheets used by Renewal Administration.
