About the job Virtual Assistant (Spanish & English)

Are you fluent in Spanish and English ? Are you confident in handling sales conversations, managing leads, and closing deals? Were looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Virtual Assistant to support our growing international team.

What You'll Do:

Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads in both English and Spanish

Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social media

Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and follow-ups

Manage and update CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)

Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team

Support marketing efforts through lead generation and research
