About the Role
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling, document/report preparation, and maintaining organized files and records.
- Monitor and maintain office facilities, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, timely repairs, and supervising utility personnel for daily upkeep.
- Maintain updated inventory and records of company assets, properties, and office supplies.
- Coordinate with departments to address administrative needs such as office supplies, reimbursements, and Requests for Cash (RFCs).
- Assist the Accounts Payable team by processing reimbursements, RFCs, and other related tasks as required.
