Our client, a reputable and growing property management company based in North York, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager for a 3-month contract with the strong possibility of extension. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who thrives in an in-office setting and brings 3–5 years of commercial property management experience, along with a valid CMRA (Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario) license.
