About the Role

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support
  • Maintain and organize company files, records, and documents
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities
  • Prepare reports, forms, and other documentation as needed
  • Monitor and check office inventory and stock levels regularly
  • Prepare materials lists for procurement, especially when stock levels are low or unavailable
  • Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing team for replenishment of materials
  • Support other departments with administrative requirements
