About the Role
Job Description:
NXGN Global Trade Support provides back-office and documentation services for international import/export companies. Our Ormoc office is looking for a meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our trade operations. If you have a knack for paperwork, accuracy, and learning complex processes, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing, checking, and organizing international trade documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin).
- Encode and manage data related to shipments, clients, and suppliers in our databases and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with local agents, freight forwarders, and the main office for document submissions and updates.
- Handle general office administration: filing, email correspondence, scheduling, and managing office supplies.
