About the Role
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support our sales team with CRM updates, scheduling, and proposal preparation. This role is ideal for someone highly organized who enjoys keeping systems updated and ensuring sales operations run smoothly.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM EST (25 hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Update and maintain accurate notes and records in Salesforce CRM
- Enter meeting summaries and action items (including copying summaries from tools such as Fathom)
- Set calendar reminders and follow-ups for the sales team
- Build and format service proposals and supporting documents
