About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing retail team The ideal candidate will handle cashiering, data encoding, and inventory management, ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Record and encode sales, inventory, and other business data into company systems.
  • Monitor and update stock levels; assist with regular inventory counts and audits.
  • Prepare basic reports, purchase orders, and documentation as needed.
  • Support administrative and clerical tasks to ensure store efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely restocking and accurate data entry.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in retail, cashiering, or administrative work (preferred but not required).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and data.
