Roster: Monday – Friday | 8am-5pm (Part-Time & School Hours Considered)

Join our friendly Wembley head office team as an Administrative Assistant – Payroll & Accounts Receivable. This role provides a genuine pathway into a payroll career, with hands-on experience in payroll, accounts receivable, and finance administration, plus opportunities to grow and develop within the team.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Payroll Support
- Assist with weekly payroll processing, including timesheet entry and verification of hours
- Maintain and update employee payroll records (address changes, tax forms, benefits, etc.)
