We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic non-profit organization in Ottawa. Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.

• Assist in preparing and submitting expense claims and purchase orders in compliance with organizational policies.

• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking accommodations and managing travel expense documentation.

• Organize and schedule meetings, including sending invitations and preparing agendas.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing attentive customer service and resolving inquiries efficiently.
