Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 36 Hours per Week
Working Hours: Between 08:00 - 16:45

We are looking for a proactive and personable Administrative Assistant to join our close-knit team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll be the first point of contact for visitors while supporting essential day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing:

Delivering a professional and welcoming front of house service
Signing guests in and managing visitor access
Issuing site access passes and maintaining accurate records
Handling PPE requests and supporting site requirements
Managing and scheduling appointments efficiently
Responding to enquiries from visitors and callers professionally with great service
Producing accurate documents using a range of systems
Supporting general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
