About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Assistant to support our Compliance and Branch Operations teams.
This role focuses on document tracking, regulatory compliance, and ensuring all staff meet required documentation standards.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack and manage compliance documentation (licenses, insurance, certifications etc.)Monitor internal ticketing system and respond to requestsFollow up with employees regarding missing or expired documentsMaintain accurate and organized personnel recordsSupport compliance-related administrative projectsGenerate basic reports and update tracking systemsRequirements1+ year of experience in administrative, back office, or customer service rolesStrong attention to detail and organizationIntermediate Excel skills (filters, sorting, data tracking)Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesBasic experience with CRM or similar systems is a plusStrong written communication skills#J-*****-Ljbffr
