We are seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to manage our daily office operations. You will be the backbone of our office, ensuring that all clerical tasks are handled with accuracy and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Education: College graduate or college level of any course.
Experience: 1 year of experience or less (Entry-level candidates are welcome).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word).
- Office Skills: Familiar with office procedures, filing, and managing correspondence (emails/phone calls).
- Willing to learn and to be trained. We value a proactive mindset.
- Traits: Responsible, honest, and high level of integrity. Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized filing system (both digital and physical).
- Draft documents and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Office.
