We are seeking a full time, highly organized and detailed-oriented Administrative assistant to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth communication between our team and our clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle client calls and general phone duties with professionalism.
- Utilize task management tools to assign tasks, follow up on them, and ensure timely completion.
- Assist with invoicing tasks, including generating invoices and tracking payments, among others.
- Utilize Google Sheets/Excel to organize, analyze, and present data in a clear and concise manner.
