Established Search is supporting the international growth of a global cardiovascular medical device manufacturer with a strong commercial footprint across Europe and beyond. We are seeking an Administration & Operations Executive to support international sales teams, distributors, and customers worldwide.

This role sits at the heart of the commercial organisation and is well suited to someone who enjoys coordinating complex processes, working cross-functionally, and ensuring a high level of service in an international, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order management, including order entry, returns, consignment stock and allocation
• Act as a key point of contact for international customers and distributors
