your responsibilities will include:
Patient Billing and Receipting/Medicare rebateMaintain accurate recordsCoordinate with Doctors and staff from different departmentsPatient admission and dischargesManage a busy reception deskCoordinate with staff from other departmentsComplete other clerical tasks such as data entry
Essential Criteria:
Authority to Work in AustraliaMedical administration or medical reception experience desirableExperience with Medical Software i.e. WebPAS.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailExperience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
