About the Role
As the Administration Officer, you will provide high‑quality administrative and reception support. To be eligible you must have experience with Sunrise EMR.
Key Responsibilities
Provide patient‑facing and telephone‑based customer service. Manage clinic appointment schedules, patient files, and database updates. Coordinate bookings, referrals, and documentation. Work collaboratively with clinical, medical, and administrative staff. Prepare correspondence, documents, and reports. Manage stationery supplies and office functions. Maintain records, scan/upload documents, and support billing processes.
