Administration Manager, Strategic Procurement

The Department

The primary purpose of this role is to support Head of Strategic Procurement (HSP)’s office on various departmental and operational initiatives as well as the divisional exercises.

He/she will support HSP and Senior Manager, Strategic Procurement (COE - PMO & Departmental Projects) to define communication strategy and identify target audiences. He/she will identify communication channels which are needed to reach the audiences and formulate communication plan which build awareness and promote benefits of departmental initiatives.

He/she will support HSP to communicate with Leadership Team, all E&AE of SPRO, all SPRO Buyers about people strategy, debriefing from Senior Management, Corporate Updates and Departmental Projects. He/she will support HSP’s stakeholder mapping.
