The Role
Reporting to the Practice Manager , you will be a key point of contact for the firm, providing essential administrative and reception support to Directors and professional staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Client Relations: Providing prompt, professional service to visiting clients and managing the telephone with excellence.
- Software & Database Management: Accurately maintaining client records across in house systems as well as using Xero, ASIC, and the ATO Portal
