We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Admin / Finance Assistant to support our administrative and finance operations. The ideal candidate will assist in daily office administration, basic accounting tasks, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support to the HR, Operations, and Finance teams
- Manage office documents, records, and filing systems (physical and digital)
- Coordinate office supplies, requests, and basic vendor coordination
