About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Office & Facilities Management
- Oversee day‑to‑day office administration, facilities, utilities, housekeeping, security, electrical maintenance, and transportation services for existing locations in McKinley & Antipolo & any future locations.
- Ensure office infrastructure, equipment, and amenities are operational and well maintained.
- Coordinate office expansions, relocations, and fit‑outs when required.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage vendors for facilities, transport, housekeeping, security, office leases, events, and other admin services.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and ensure timely renewals and compliance.
- Track admin budgets, invoices, and payments in coordination with Finance.
Policy, Process & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and enforce administrative policies and standard operating procedures.
