Haynes is seeking an experienced Admin/Accounts Officer to join a growing team in Mackay.
What’s on offer:
- Location: Slade Point, QLD
- Roster: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm | Early finishes on a Friday.
- PayRate: from $40.00 p/hr pending experience
- Start ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing to correct contact
- Keeping common areas clean, organised and well presented
- Managing office supplies, filing and recordkeeping
- Assist with onboarding, prepare induction materials, organise meetings and training sessions
- Maintaining confidentiality of financial records, Liase with supplied for invoice queries
- Raising purchase orders, delivery dockets and invoices
