Your Responsibilities
- Email responses, invoice management, client lookups
- Admin work cutting into prospecting and selling time
- Runs events and seminars
- Familiar with automations, using AI to be efficient
- Email automation for prospecting sequences
- 30, 60, 90 day contact emails
- Birthday emails (still hand-writes birthday cards)
- Moving from Medicare Pro to Go Guru CRM
- Help creating processes in new platform
Required Qualifications
- Insurance background preferred, medicare experience ideal
- Must be teachable and computer proficient
- Basic Microsoft Office and Excel navigation
- Internet skills for client list downloads
- Organization skills and systems creation experience
