The Main Responsibilities Of An ADMIN SUPERVISOR Include

• Closely supervises the timely processing of facilities/maintenance/repair requests.
• Timely processes all Vehicle Job Requests and coordinates repair of the same to concerned parties. Encodes the same to FMS timely.
• Closely supervises regular aircon maintenance, electricity maintenance and regular pests control of HBD and UAAGI offices.
• Closely supervises the asset tagging and accounting to ensure that all assets are properly tagged and accounted.
• Closely supervises and leads the annual asset inventory.
• Closely supervises the triggering of LTO registration to avoid delays.
