About the Role
The Admin Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all administrative, clerical, and support functions within the store to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role ensures compliance with company policies, accurate documentation, coordination with HR and Accounting, and effective support to the Operations Team.
1. Administrative & Office Management
- Oversee and manage all store administrative functions, including filing, documentation, and office supplies.
- Maintain and update store records such as permits, licenses, contracts, and other compliance documents.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to the Head Office (attendance, payroll summaries, petty cash, etc.).
- Monitor the use of office equipment and utilities, ensuring proper upkeep.
2. Human Resource & Timekeeping Support
