Administrative Operations
- Supervise and coordinate daily administrative activities of the clinic and corporate offices.
- Ensure smooth office operations, including facilities, utilities, supplies, and equipment management.
- Implement and monitor administrative policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping (physical and digital).
Staff Supervision
- Supervise, guide, and evaluate administrative staff performance.
- Prepare staff schedules, task assignments, and monitor attendance.
- Assist in onboarding and training of new administrative personnel.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and professionalism within the admin team.
Procurement & Inventory
