About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
General Administrative Support:
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain and organize filing systems (digital and physical)
Schedule appointments, meetings, and events
Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports
Customer & Client Relations:
Greet visitors and handle inquiries professionally
Assist with reservations, bookings, and customer service as needed (especially relevant for the restaurant)
Support student registration and inquiries (for the vocational school)
Operational Support:
Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Support staff with administrative needs and scheduling
Financial & Record-Keeping:
Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping
Maintain accurate records of transactions, student enrollments, and other data
