About the Role
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related course
- With payroll and timekeeping experience (preferred)
- Knowledgeable in basic HR processes
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Highly organized and able to handle confidential information
- Willing to work on-site in Imus, Cavite
Job Responsibilities:
- Process payroll, timekeeping, and attendance records
- Maintain employee records and HR files
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding documentation
- Prepare HR reports as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday
- Day shift
