About the Role
Our company is in need of enthusiastic individuals to be part of our Sales Admin Team.
- Search and monitor competitor shop prices on Rakuten
- Prepare and submit the daily sales report
- Check and update the domestic prices of handles brands
- Conduct market studies for proposed brands
- Upload updated prices into the system
- Prepare Japanese purchase orders and payments
- Upload data to the G-system and update monitoring tools (Excel, Trello)
- Manually update STOCK-IN and arrival lists
- Coordinate with the warehouse on domestic shipment schedules
- Support the Supply Chain Administrative team with stock reviews and special tasks
Requirements:
- Graduate of any Business course or equivalent
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly on Excel
