About the Role
We are a growing e-commerce/Wholesale company specializing in online retail sales through Shopee and TikTok Shop (TT). We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support daily operations and ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and process daily orders from Shopee & TikTok Shop
- Prepare invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels
- Coordinate with warehouse team for order fulfillment
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory system
- Handle customer inquiries, chats, and after-sales service
- Process returns, refunds, and dispute cases
- Update product listings, pricing, and promotions when required
- Generate daily / weekly sales reports
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and payment reconciliation
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of records
- Support management with administrative tasks as assigned
