Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and initiative-driven Admin to provide support for shipping coordination and contract-related processes. This position plays a key role in tracking shipment activities, managing shipping documentation, and assisting with contract administration to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations.
Key Responsibilities
Track shipment timelines and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure on-time execution and proper coordination with all involved parties.
Record, update, and analyze shipping ticket data while maintaining accurate supporting documents.
Assist in the review, documentation, and monitoring of contracts to ensure adherence to internal policies and agreed deadlines.
Perform day-to-day administrative support tasks related to logistics operations, shipping coordination, and contract processing.
