Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to handle administration, car rental sales, and tour operations. The role includes managing office tasks, processing payments, coordinating bookings, and supporting customer service to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Scope

  • Perform general administrative tasks including petty cash submission, banking monitoring, and supplier payment preparation
  • Monitor office operations such as dispatch/courier services, office equipment, telecommunications, and stationery
  • Support issuance of work orders when the Operations team is unavailable
  • Prepare IBS reports, accrual reports, and process clear advance forms for submission
  • Record all workshop invoices in the CarPro system and submit for payment
  • Prepare car rental quotations and bookings in the CarPro system
