About the Role

  • Receive and verify the quality and quantity of new shipments.
  • Responsible in packing for online and offline orders.
  • Check and update tracking number of parcel and order list from customers.
  • Reply customer chat eg: tiktok seller / whatsapp / shopee.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Create purchase order (PO) for preorder item.
  • Responsible for keeping track of stock in and stock out.
  • Ensuring that customer orders are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Assure all products are in stocks and restock products when needed.
  • Maintain the highest level of visual merchandising and store conditions.
  • Assist in managing the store daily operation.
  • Other tasks assigned by Top Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
