About the Role
- Receive and verify the quality and quantity of new shipments.
- Responsible in packing for online and offline orders.
- Check and update tracking number of parcel and order list from customers.
- Reply customer chat eg: tiktok seller / whatsapp / shopee.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Create purchase order (PO) for preorder item.
- Responsible for keeping track of stock in and stock out.
- Ensuring that customer orders are delivered in a timely manner.
- Assure all products are in stocks and restock products when needed.
- Maintain the highest level of visual merchandising and store conditions.
- Assist in managing the store daily operation.
- Other tasks assigned by Top Management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
