About the Role

The Admin OJT will assist the Administration team in daily office operations and clerical tasks. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in administrative work, documentation, coordination, and office management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in filing, organizing, and maintaining company documents and records
  • Help prepare reports, forms, and other administrative documents
  • Support admin tasks such as attendance checking, monitoring, and encoding
  • Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and office activities
  • Handle basic office errands and administrative support tasks
  • Respond to inquiries and assist employees or visitors when needed
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled as an OJT/Intern (preferably Business Administration, HR, or related course)
