Staff Records & Compliance Admin
Maintain staff records (attendance, leave, personal info), keep HR documents updated (contracts, letters, SOP/policy).
Payroll & Claims Assistance
Prepare basic payroll inputs (attendance/leave/overtime/allowance), support claims/benefits admin and filing.
Performance & Training Coordination
Student Admin (Enrollment + Records + Fee Support)
Manage student registration and updates (student profile, subjects, class placement, transfers/withdrawals).
Support admin: prepare quotation/invoice/receipt documentation, record payment proof, generate overdue list and send reminders, escalated exceptions.
Student & Class Operations Admin (Materials + Support)
Prepare/print/sort student materials (worksheets, modules...
