JOB SUMMARY
Manage all documentation, petty cash, equipment, equipment damage reports, employee recruitment, training necessities, HRDF claims, cleanliness, and monthly reports for the training and skills center department.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the department head.
Manage, update, and process petty cash claims for each departmental training expenditure, as well as assist department staff in submitting claims to the management.
Manage all equipment necessary for departmental and training use.
Prepare reports on any equipment damage occurring in the department and follow up with the relevant department.
Manage the documentation process for employee recruitment and submit it to the relevant department.
