About the Role

The Admin Intern assists the Administrative Department in daily office operations, clerical tasks, and documentation. This role provides hands-on experience in office procedures, record-keeping, coordination, and administrative support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in filing, scanning, and organizing company documents
  • Encode and update records in the system or Excel file
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in BSBA, HRDM, Office Administration, or any related course
  • Required to complete internship/OJT hours
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
  • Good communication skills
  • Can work with minimal supervision

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 3 months
