About the Role
The Admin Intern assists the Administrative Department in daily office operations, clerical tasks, and documentation. This role provides hands-on experience in office procedures, record-keeping, coordination, and administrative support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in filing, scanning, and organizing company documents
- Encode and update records in the system or Excel file
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in BSBA, HRDM, Office Administration, or any related course
- Required to complete internship/OJT hours
- Basic knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Good communication skills
- Can work with minimal supervision
